If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
During COVID 19 we can't process refunds on the shipped and received large items over 100LB .The refund will be applicable only on the defective items .

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, gaming consoles, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
